Market Umbrella
CS was engaged by Market Umbrella for two projects. CS developed a financial model for the business scenarios outlined by the Client. The financial model was formulated to be intuitive for all potential users to calculate the financial position of each market. Additionally, the break even analysis was included so markets would better evaluate their sales position.
To build on this analysis, CS is currently engaged to develop a full business planning guide for a three year growth strategy.
Body Café

Body Café is a new retail concept in Monroe, LA serving healthy crepes, smoothies, coffee, and supplements. The supplements and food emphasize energy and health, with ingredients sourcing from local vendors. CS worked with the leaders of the organization to develop the business concept, analyze the market surroundings and plan a long-term promotion strategy, create the business theme, select products to sell that matched the brand, and identify contractors for various aspects of the business planning and implementation.
Limousine Livery
Limousine Livery is the premier transportation company in the Greater New Orleans Region. CS was contracted to work with the leader in the organization to conduct a discovery in the business on the sales culture. Interviews were conducted with all team members, including the sales team, dispatch, accounting, and operations. A final report was provided to the President outlining the discoveries and recommendations for improvements to sales.
Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC)
The LSBDC is a government funded program of the Small Business Administration. CS works with several hundred small businesses per year to counsel them on the strategic goals and planning for success. Services include financial analysis, marketing, business planning, operations, website project management, credit counseling, and loan preparation. With a focus on job creation and capital formation, CS emphasizes impact on the organization at each stage of the consulting process.
