			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Would you rather have the latest Hollywood It-Person promoting your product or a <a href="http://www.youtube.com/" target="_blank">YouTube</a> vlogger?  The latest trend in advertising is using vloggers with a cult following to promote products for a fraction of the price compared to celebrities.  <a href="http://adage.com/digital/article?article_id=145844" target="_blank">Ad Age</a> reports that big companies such as Lancome, Ford, and Kellogg’s believe that these vloggers have a larger repeat target audience with their undivided attention.</p>
<p>These popular vlogger have had all time views from 66,000 to over 550,000.  Among these include <a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/Fred" target="_blank">Fred</a>, the annoying voice that has throws fits while acting as a child in a dysfunctional family and <a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/nigahiga" target="_blank">Nigahiga</a>, a Japanese-American comedian who got his following from lip syncing.  Both of these vloggers and more have promoted several products for national companies.  <a href="http://adage.com/digital/article?article_id=145844" target="_blank">See what other companies are using vloggers for product placement. </a></p>

<p>The Chicago-based company was launched in 2008 and has seen tremendous growth.  <a href="http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D9HLVPKG0.htm" target="_blank">BusinessWeek.com </a>has reported <a href="http://www.groupon.com/new-orleans/" target="_blank">Groupon’s </a>decision to acquire two similar companies in Japan and Russia expanding their current reach of 13 million subscribers in 29 countries.</p>
