A 1970’s Acadian home on New Orleans’ historic Saint Charles Avenue. It’s Acadian style is a southeast region icon. What started a multi-unit property with 8’ ceilings, outdated fixtures, outdated floor plan, outdated fixtures (including the avocado-hued oven) ended with a grand southern luxury estate.

- Raised roof line and ceilings to accommodate open living concept

- Installed Cristallo quartzite counters
- Installed Waterford Crystal chandelier in dining room, which was the served as our main source of inspiration of the 7452 St. Charles Ave aesthetic
- Installed rock quartz chandelier in foyer
- Installed resort pool with Sonoma glass tiles and flambeau lighting
- Incorporated second-floor Palladian window to be experienced once atop the grand staircase
- Installed fencing, gates, and mature landscaping to create a private estate
- Added a wine cellar with accompanying tasting room as well as a tapa
