After building successful businesses in both piano performance/pedagogy and portrait photography, Karen developed a love of real estate team support while partnering with a top-producing realtor in New Orleans. Combining her creative media skills with her effective communication strategies, she helps real estate agents maintain thriving and rewarding careers. In addition to capturing stories and photographs for the Christian Shane Ecosystem, you will likely find her at home nurturing her large indoor plant collection, photographing her rescue dog Gris-Gris, or in her favorite yarn store planning her next knitting design.
Melissa is an Interior Design graduate of Art Institute’s International Minnesota. She is skilled in design, spatial concepts and her proficient multi-tasking talents are reflected in her ability to direct large-scale projects. Born and raised in TriBeCa, Melissa mastered the art of communicating with different personality types and has used it to her advantage, creating effective working relationships with vendors and contractors. On the weekends, you can find Melissa cooking, hosting dinner parties, or spending quiet time at home with her husband, daughter, and their pirate cat Frida Kahlo.
Adam is a results-driven virtuoso with over 16 years in real estate, achieving $75,000,000+ his first year as Sales Director for one of the largest real estate teams in Florida. He’s a licensed broker in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida, a licensed instructor in Louisiana, authored continuing education courses for both Louisiana and Florida, and increased team lead generation by over 300%. Adam’s in-depth knowledge of agents’ needs and modern technology application allows him to foster and enhance performance through team-building and coaching, providing customer-focused, impact-oriented, and solution-driven training through experimental and didactic learning approaches. Accomplished and ambitious, Adam is an American Marketing Association award recipient, an honors graduate from the University of West Florida earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Management from the University of West Florida, and applies his knowledge of business, in-depth sales and marketing strategies, to facilitate agents’ stratospheric success.
Along with her Georgia State degrees in both Public Relations and Communication, Alaina contributes her adventurous spirit and extensive travel experience to assist, support, organize and coordinate team operations within the Christian Shane Ecosystem. Aside from being a proficient taskmaster, Alaina is a passionate volunteer for both Animal Rescue of New Orleans and New Orleans area festivals.
Caroline is a relationship-driven practitioner. A Graduate of Louisiana State University, earning a Masters of Mass Communication in Public Relations and a Certificate in Strategic Communications, she’s passionate about incorporating people and their stories into a brand. Caroline works purposefully, spotlighting her ability to ensure a free flow of ideas while authentically and effectively preserving the Christian Shane ecosystem. Her dynamic outlook on life is the result of her forward-thinking mindset and commitment to maintaining and building relationships with clients and the media. Whether attending a concert, meeting up for Happy Hour, or catching the next flight, she’s at her best when interacting with people.
Sarah Lafargue, a native upstate New Yorker, is a Louisiana State University graduate, holding a Bachelor’s of Interior Design. She is intellectually curious, thriving in collaborative environments. Sarah’s agile approach to project management stimulates her problem-solving skills, where her calm & realistic nature shines. Sarah’s affinity for design continues throughout her free time, whether it be solving puzzles, or renovating her home in New Orleans.
Patti’s 24 years of experience in technical medical sales and extensive training in IBM negotiation while selling E-Commerce Solutions to Fortune-500 companies demonstrates why she continues to be a well-respected annual award-winning 15-year veteran realtor. A graduate of Florida State University, she applies her studies in Psychology and Education while guiding her clients through the real estate transaction process with ease, but not before sharing at least one of her 600 bottles of wine that she’s procured over the past 45 years. Patti, Co-Founder of the Tansey Breast Cancer Recovery Fund with The Gayle and Tom Benson Cancer Center at Ochsner Medical Center, has “never met a stranger” and spends time between New Orleans and her “Bay House” in Bay St. Louis with her beloved Dachshund Sinnimon.
Keri’s love of people and places continuously motivates her real estate career. With a background in Elementary and Early Education from Northwestern State University and a Certification in Special Education, her patient, approachable and down-to-earth nature shines while working with clients to find their “perfect home.” Keri is a talented doubles tennis player and uses that same teamwork approach to guide her clients successfully.
Mary “knows when to talk, and knows when to listen”, as she pilots her clients through their journey of identifying the perfect historical luxury residence. Will’s Bachelor of International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University helps him master the commercial and residential real estate market. He is a self-proclaimed problem solver; his diligence and dedication, combined with his organized and efficient workflow, assure his clients they are in capable hands. Will is both an avid outdoorsman and an all-around athlete. On any given weekend, you’ll find him playing soccer, fishing, or hunting in the marshes of South Louisiana.
Jacqueline is a multi-million dollar producer in both Louisiana and Alabama. Licensed in four states, her signature VIP experience and infectious congeniality are what her clients rave about. Jaqueline “loves a challenge,” can get those “hard to sell” properties sold, and gets the job done. It’s no surprise she named her beloved Shitzu “Cash Money”!
Jennifer is the quintessential “leader & lightning rod.” An Interior Design graduate of Louisiana State University, she’s the founder and Owner|Principal Designer of DesignLab, LLC. Her work can be found at Dickie Brennan & Company’s restaurant Tableau in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter as Head Designer, and inside Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants in Los Angeles, in addition to resorts, hotels, restaurants, and residential spaces in the United States. She’s one of New Orleans Magazine’s “Top 10 Female Achievers” and an active volunteer for New Orleans’ Preservation Resource Center. Her determined, conscientious drive, matched with her fun and creative style, assures her clients they’ll enjoy every step of finding their “perfect match.”
Josh always stays true to his mantra, “Always stay 5 steps ahead of people”. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Louisiana State University, a Master in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University, and he prides himself in motivating others. Josh applies his oversight, supervision, and leadership skills to bring each transaction to fruition.
Behind Dominique’s stylish, cool, and collected exterior is a driven self-starter. She purchased her first home at age 22, and after experiencing the real estate world as a transaction administrator, Dominique recognized her true calling of becoming of Realtor. Her amicable and auspicious nature is valued among her clients, working with a range of developers to market their renovations to first-time homebuyers.
Amanda is a skillful negotiator and project manager. A native of Louisiana and a University of Louisiana Graduate, she moved to the Emerald Coast in 2016 and acquired her real estate license. She is an experienced certified military relocation expert, helping active duty military and veterans transfer to and from the Emerald Coast, resulting in national and international connections. Amanda’s personal experience as a military spouse enables her to skillfully assist military personnel with their real estate needs with PCS or transferring orders to and from the Emerald Coast, making the process turnkey. Scott is a collaborative problem solver with experience leading teams across multiple industry sectors, regions, and cultures, enabling the translation of complex problems into clear and actionable solutions, delivering quantifiable results.
Kristine is a fierce negotiator, a creative problem-solver, a loyal advocate for her clients, and an award-winning real estate agent since 2010. “Keep in touch & stay in touch” is a mantra she’s built her business upon, cultivating long-term professional relationships and a vigorous referral network. Upon her return, LaKeia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ashford University. Matthew La Rose joins us with over a decade of residential and commercial historical and luxury real estate experience. He collaborates with Christian Shane International’s unique ecosystem that incorporates four divisions working together efficiently and seamlessly.

Additionally, Matthew has sold in the top 1% of record-breaking prices and did so 78% faster than the average days on market. Working in multiple states, he maintains a select clientele that represents millions in volume annually. Matthew is a New Orleans Preservation Resource Center Historic House Specialist and holds a National Association of Realtors GREEN certification.

Alex is collaborative and ambitious, with a contagious energy to conquer any opportunity, both professionally and personally. Before earning his Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University College of Finance, he journeyed to Africa, where he uncovered his passion for investing. A New Orleans native, Alex’s passion for service drives his dedication to pay back the community that has given him so much. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys spending time with Louis, her English Springer Spaniel rescue, in addition to helping various rescue groups in the New Orleans Market. You can also find her gardening in her tiered formal gardens, cycling, and attending festivals in and around New Orleans and the Gulf South whenever the opportunity presents itself.
