From All The Age, to All The Rage: Contemporary Acadian Luxury Living “On The Avenue”  

A 1970’s Acadian home on New Orleans’ historic Saint Charles Avenue. It’s Acadian style is a  southeast region icon. What started a multi-unit property with 8’ ceilings, outdated fixtures, outdated floor plan, outdated fixtures (including the avocado-hued oven) ended with a grand southern luxury estate.  

  • Removed entire back of structure 
  • Raised roof line and ceilings to accommodate open living concept 
  • Installed solid oak floors 
  • Installed curved staircases 
  • Installed Level 5 finish walls 
  • Installed Cristallo quartzite counters 
  • Installed Waterford Crystal chandelier in dining room, which was the served as our main source of inspiration of the 7452 St. Charles Ave aesthetic
  • Installed rock quartz chandelier in foyer 
  • Installed resort pool with Sonoma glass tiles and flambeau lighting 
  • Incorporated second-floor Palladian window to be experienced once atop the grand staircase
  • Installed fencing, gates, and mature landscaping to create a private estate
  • Added a wine cellar with accompanying tasting room as well as a tapa
